LNP Implementation Specialist

As an LNP Implementation Specialist, you will manage number porting initiatives that require careful coordination across carriers, customers, and delivery teams. You will oversee request intake, documentation quality, milestone tracking, and execution readiness to help ensure successful migrations.

This role sits at the intersection of technical operations and client delivery. You will help reduce delays, surface issues early, and maintain clean implementation momentum across multi-step portability workflows.

Your work will directly support customer onboarding quality and successful service transitions in enterprise telecom programs.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience with LNP, implementation coordination, telecom activation, or service migration workflows. You should understand porting timelines, common blockers, documentation dependencies, and how to keep multiple stakeholders aligned through execution.

You should also be comfortable managing project details, communicating risks clearly, and working through exceptions without losing control of delivery schedules.

Experience in enterprise telecom delivery or carrier operations is strongly preferred.
