ASR Provisioning Specialist

As an ASR Provisioning Specialist, you will own complex service order workflows for enterprise and carrier customers from intake through activation. You will coordinate directly with engineering, customer success, and implementation teams to make sure orders move quickly, accurately, and without downstream fallout.

This role is ideal for someone who understands telecom order management deeply and can keep high-volume provisioning work organized under tight timelines. Your work will directly influence delivery speed, customer confidence, and operational quality.

You will help establish clean provisioning standards, reduce manual failure points, and support a more scalable order-to-activation process for strategic accounts.

We are looking for a provisioning specialist with 5+ years of experience managing ASR workflows, carrier coordination, and order validation in telecommunications environments. You should be comfortable reviewing service configurations, validating documentation, and escalating blockers before they impact delivery.

The strongest candidates know how to navigate large enterprise environments, communicate clearly with cross-functional teams, and maintain precision while juggling multiple active requests.

Hands-on experience with service activation platforms, telecom ordering systems, and operational reporting is strongly preferred.
