(NOC) Technician

As a NOC Technician, you will serve as a frontline operator for network health, alert response, and service continuity. You will monitor enterprise and telecom infrastructure, identify emerging issues quickly, and coordinate incident response with the right escalation paths.

This role is built for someone who thrives in high-visibility operations and can balance speed with accuracy. You will work through alarms, tickets, status updates, and restoration workflows that keep systems available and customers informed.

We are looking for a technician with 5+ years of experience in network operations, incident handling, infrastructure monitoring, or telecom support. You should be confident using monitoring platforms, troubleshooting common network events, and following structured escalation procedures.

Strong communication and documentation habits are important in this role, as you will regularly hand off work, maintain ticket accuracy, and provide clear status updates during active issues.

Experience supporting 24/7 operations or carrier-grade environments is a strong plus.
