NG911/E911 Engineer

As an NG911/E911 Engineer, you will support the design, deployment, and optimization of critical emergency communications systems. You will work across routing, call delivery, interoperability, and operational readiness to ensure that public safety stakeholders can rely on resilient infrastructure.

This position requires both technical depth and steady execution. You will collaborate with client engineering teams, vendor partners, and implementation stakeholders to help modernize legacy environments and expand next-generation capabilities.

Your expertise will play a key role in improving reliability, response efficiency, and service continuity in high-impact environments.

Successful candidates bring 5+ years of experience in E911, NG911, VoIP, SIP, or public safety network environments. You should understand emergency call flows, geographic routing concepts, and the operational expectations tied to mission-critical systems.

You should also be comfortable translating technical requirements into actionable plans, documenting dependencies, and supporting validation or cutover activities with precision.

Experience working with state, municipal, or carrier-side public safety programs is highly valuable.
